    • Why isn't there express shipping for the orders to arrive more quickly?
      Regrettably, as we are a newly established organisation, our distribution network relies predominantly on our suppliers  which we source diligently from overseas (see About Us page for more info). We are working hard to improve our shipping times in the near future and hope you are happy to support us in the meantime!

    • What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)
      We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. For either of the unfortunate incidences please contact us at support@okamivargar.com at your earliest convenience. 

    • How can I change my shipping address?
      When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed taken from your billing address and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

    • What are the shipping rates? 
      £4.95 for orders up to £29.99, orders over £30 qualify for FREE shipping
